Terms and conditions
Version dated 14 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of Bilo through its website, apps, API, MCP and any other interfaces or integrations, as well as ticket purchases and transport operator accounts.
1. Who Bilo is
Bilo is operated by JERRY TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., tax identification number 46294133, Trade Register number J33/1148/2022, with its registered office at Calea Bucovinei 62A, 725400 Rădăuți, jud. Suceava, Romania.
Bilo provides a ticketing service for passenger transport. Operators publish routes and sell tickets, while passengers can choose a service, pay and receive their ticket online.
Bilo does not provide transport. The transport contract is between the passenger and the operator displayed before purchase.
2. Operator account
To sell tickets, the operator creates an account and provides accurate company, licence, public profile and payout information. The person opening the account confirms their authority to represent the operator.
Login details are personal. The operator must notify Bilo if unauthorised account use is suspected and keep company details up to date.
3. Routes, prices and operator obligations
The operator is responsible for published routes, stops, times, prices and information, and for holding the necessary licences and authorisations. Entered prices are the final amounts paid by passengers, including applicable taxes.
The operator must run published services, inform passengers about changes and provide working contact details. If a service changes or is cancelled, the operator is responsible to the passenger under the law and its conditions of carriage.
4. Orders, payments and tickets
Before payment, passengers see the operator, route, stops, date, times, number of tickets and total. The order is completed after payment confirmation and ticket issuance.
Each ticket is unique and must be presented when boarding. Passengers must check entered details and journey information. The operator may request identification where required by law or the ticket type.
The transport invoice is issued in the transport operator's name and associated with the order.
5. Payouts and fees
Confirmed proceeds are transferred to the operator according to the schedule shown in the account. Bilo fees specified in the accepted offer and any refunded or disputed amounts may be deducted from the amount due to the operator.
Bilo may charge transport operators and, where applicable, end customers fees. Any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before the operator accepts the offer or the passenger confirms and pays for an order.
Bilo issues documents for its fees under the applicable commercial terms.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Ticket cancellation, modification and refunds depend on the law and the transport operator's conditions. Passengers must contact the operator using the details displayed on the sales page, ticket or order email.
If the operator approves a refund, the amount is returned using the original payment method, within that method's capabilities. Bilo can assist with communication and refund processing.
7. Proper use of Bilo
Bilo must not be used for false information, fraud, infringement of others' rights or illegal activity. We may restrict or suspend an account if there is serious evidence of abuse, risk to passengers, debts or repeated breaches of these terms.
Before permanent suspension, we will try to clarify the situation, except in urgent cases or where the law requires immediate action.
8. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Bilo available and information stored correctly. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or causes beyond our control.
Bilo is responsible for its service, while the operator is responsible for transport and its service information. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Content and identity
The operator allows Bilo to display its name, brand, logo and service information while using the service. The operator confirms its right to use uploaded materials.
The Bilo brand, pages and Bilo's own materials may not be copied or used without permission.
Information sources and collection methods are described on the Data sources.
10. Consulting data and prohibition on storage
“Platform data” means information about routes, stations, timetables, services, connections, operators and fares, search results and responses provided by Bilo. The rule below applies to all users, individuals or legal entities, regardless of whether they access data through bilo.ro, apps, API, MCP, AI assistants or other interfaces or integrations.
You may consult data, perform searches and call the API or MCP tools to obtain and display the current search result. Access to the platform or receipt of a response does not in itself grant a licence to retain the data.
Saving, persistently storing or archiving platform data without Bilo's prior written consent is prohibited. This prohibition includes copying to databases, files, exports, persistent caches, backups, indexes, datasets or response histories, on your own devices or third-party services. It applies to both manual and automated collection, including scraping, bots and AI agents.
Only temporary technical processing necessary to obtain and display the result during the current consultation is allowed. This does not permit keeping a copy for later searches, offline consultation, redistribution, resale, or building or populating your own database.
Saving data in breach of this rule is a breach of the Terms and conditions. Bilo may request deletion of unauthorised copies and restrict or suspend access under the section on proper use of the platform.
The prohibition does not cover keeping your own tickets, invoices, order confirmations, personal data, or materials and data supplied by the user or operator on their own behalf. It does not prevent Bilo from retaining and managing its data to provide the service.
These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not limit rights and uses that cannot be excluded by contract, including lawful database uses and personal data rights, and do not override permissions granted by applicable licences for third-party materials or data.
11. Personal data
How we use data is explained in the Privacy policy. The operator will use passenger data only for transport, mandatory documents, assistance and other purposes permitted by law.
12. Ending the relationship
The operator may request account closure after fulfilling outstanding orders and obligations. Account closure does not remove obligations relating to issued tickets, refunds, invoices or legally required document retention.
13. Applicable law and contact
Romanian law applies. We try to resolve disagreements directly and in good faith. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or the competent courts.
For questions about these terms, call us on +40 748 687 863 or write to the company's registered office.
14. Changes
We may update the terms when the service or law changes. The new version and its date will be published here. If a change is important for operators, we will ask them to accept the new version before continuing to use the account.
